Paul J. Couchot is of counsel to Winthrop Couchot Golubow Hollander, LLP. Mr. Couchot specializes in Chapter 11 reorganizations representing debtors and creditors committees. He has participated in the confirmation of numerous plans of reorganization in complex Chapter 11 cases involving many operating companies and real estate concerns. Mr. Couchot also has extensive trial experience in the bankruptcy litigation context.
